Well, the evil way would be to get a smart powerstrip and script that.
(they're out there). That way, at 11:30, power goes bye-bye.
9.2 is somewhat limited in that respect...although...hmm...the Finder does
have support for shutdown items, so you could have a script to just kill
without saving any running applications, and shut down, although I'm making
assumptions about how that works.
