Do you want truly random, or random non-repeating, which is then not really
random.
If you got the same number 600 times, that can still be random. The odds on
it are interesting, but repeating numbers are perfectly allowable when you
want random.
Now, if every time you run this, you get the same pattern, then I'd start
questioning how good the random generation is.
