Hi Mike, As I don't know your level of competence with AS, I should mention that this is the basic script. You will need to insert a delay to ensure that Mail and your Filemaker file are open before the script operates on the fields, and you will also need to open the correct layout in filemaker if you have more than one layout. I have assumed that you can make adjustments such as these yourself. Outside of a dog, a book is a man's best friend. Inside a dog, it's too dark to read. - Groucho Marx
