Silly me...
I've changed the script to this and it worked.
tell application "Finder"
set theSelection to selection
repeat with theItem in theSelection
get current view of window of folder of theItem
end repeat
end tell
--------------------
Scripting bridge is not giving the correct answer, so I tried ASTranslate program to see if I should use appscript.
It throws runtime error like this one Any insights?
tell application "Finder"
set theSelection to selection
repeat with theItem in theSelection
get currentView of window of folder of theItem
end repeat
end tell
#import "FNGlue/FNGlue.h"
FNApplication *finder = [FNApplication applicationWithName: @"Finder"];
FNReference *ref = [finder selection];
id result = [ref getItem];
Untranslated event 'coregetd'
Runtime Error:
Finder got an error: Can’t get currentView of Finder window id 19395. (-1728)
