Thank you Shane for the reply and Ed for finding the link.
I'd love to help organising something to put all the meaningful code that's been sent to this list on a visible page like github or some similar place, if we get individuals to agree on the license to use.
We could have a nice repository of code where new comers can choose from and learn and send comments back to the list. And links to other individual repositories eventually.
