Elsa,
We currently do a text email newsletter that goes out monthly. You can check
out the archives at
http://www.tcmug.org/newsletter.html
I take care of the newsletter and the web site. I am working towards putting
out a larger newsletter and making that a PDF for email as well as a web
site download/preview. So far all of the members enjoy the monthly
newsletter as more of an announcement and information piece as 90% of the
newsletter pushed them to the web at the current time.
Anything larger is still in the planning stages. I definitely check out a
vast majority of MUG newsletters for ideas, concepts, layouts, etc as I move
forward and there are some awesome publications out there.

I'm wondering how other groups are handling your newsletter distribution.

Do you mail a printed newsletter, email a text newsletter, email a PDF, or
