renewal works now.
My efforts were trial and error but for those who are also up for
renewal soon, the correct procedure may be helpful and a timesaver.
Simple. The registered Ambassador needs to log into Apple Sales
Training Online (ASTO.) She or he can go to ASTO directly using
http://salestraining.apple.com or through the Apple Sales Web (ASW)
site. Click the button to enter the Online training area. At the bottom
of the next page there is currently a link that says "IMPORTANT Free
.Mac Account and Account Renewal Information." That will get you pretty
much all the info you need, including the passing score needed. (It is
my recollection that it has been 80% right from the start.) If for some
reason that "IMPORTANT" link should disappear, the info is also
available from the Info & Help menu on the ASTO site.
