There was a previous "cross-over" version which records in
OS/9 as well. I think if you ask Ambrosia they can accommodate
you with that version. I used it for quite a while back in
OS/9 and it works nearly as well. The problem is if you plan
on Voice Over, then good microphones are hard to find that
are NOT USB oriented in case use of a non-usb machine.
My recommendation is Adobe Acrobat Pro for assembly and even
presentation of the show because it can display the QuickTime
on a page, and it's really easy to manipulate. Saved PDFs
can then be provided to the group via the web or CD and they
need no additional software.
Another excellent program for assembly of good slideshows is
iView Pro. It can import any kind of media and then assign
music and/or voice over sound tracks to specific slides.
It too generates a final QuickTime movie ... and can additionally
generate nice web slide shows.
