I've not read your article on this..and may not so I'm commenting blind.
I've been seeing a lot of commentary on this subject and most of it
is WAY OFF BASE.
The best piece I read was by Adam Engst's in a recent TidBits.
While he was a "victim" of the Apple Restriction, it came down to it
that all Apple is restricting is advertising name usage and namespace
in the EU.
That's it.
Now if you are a business that DOES business [of any size] all over
the world - this may concern you and how you do business, but if your
market is strictly the US( of A) or North America, or the pacific Rim...
..then these restrictions DO NOT effect you or your business...it
just means that IF you are going to use Google's Ad Words service,
you need to be a bit more specific about where and to whom you
advertise.
