Hi everyone, hope everything is right for you.
I copy an email from a User who belongs to the Caracas Mac User Group.
He is complaining about how a manager on the Aventura Mall in Miami, had a bad/miss behavior when his father went there to buy a MacBook.
There was a robbery at the store at the time, and it seems like the manager was shouting this person, in a bad way, humiliating him in front of all person at the store. I don't think this person has nothing to do with the robbery that happened at the same time, but it seems like the manager lost his manners and went almost xenophobic.
I know this is complicated because we are following a story, but I guess people can't react as foreigner are the reason for all bad things that happen in life.
Some one gave him the data below, but my question will be, is you know someone who could be the right way to scale this, because claiming at the manager of the store is seems not to be the path.
If you have any suggestion...
