These are remarkably common. It's just a ploy to get you to install some
insidious malware which is amusingly pretending to be ANTI-malware.
Amateur psycology at its finest. Of course the app it downloads will be
Win32 anyway, so nothing to worry about here. See also 'You've won a
laptop!' or 'That girl from school you always fancied is single!' pop-up
ads.
