I have personal experience with AOL and their e-mail SPAM restrictions. They have always been very cooperative.
AOL does have restrictions, but they have exceptions, too. If you know that you are using one AOL account to send your e-mail blast, contact AOL and ask to be White-listed to allow it.
Explain your situation and how you use your AOL account to keep in touch with your members. They will allow this one account to send to more than the maximum number.
Be aware that if you do not use that account for a blast for over 90 days their computers will reset the account to regular settings. Then you'll have to call again to change it back.
