It's a matter of wording. While MUGS are independent organizations,
without recognition, they don't have certain benefits and privileges.
Apple may limit, modify or revoke your access to those benefits and
privileges are removed. That issue came up just this week that if
you share your access to your Ambassador ASW account, your access to
that is revoked. Thus you can't order parts and supplies for your
group. You aren't in the User Group locator, you can't access
discounts and other benefits--you don't exist in Apple's eyes.
I'm delighted you've had positive experiences. Not all members can
say the same on this list as evidenced by recent discussions we
actually see on the list, as well as other members reporting their
concerns never made it to the list
By the way, ALL caps is a way of shouting. No need to shout,
especially when you may not fully understand the issue.
