Looks like the L396118-USKIT was sent out too early. Hence the L396118A-USKIT (A revision).
To fix the L396118-USKIT I copied 23M of invisible files from the DVD to the Documents folder, most were duplicates of what was already installed. The images folder was a necessary copy. After review I removed the "copied" Demo Scripts folder.
Edited the HTML to include the complete path to the various scripts.
I was disappointed in the end result. I expected a Audio/visual demo. But got a PDF script to read and follow.
I don't like this method as my screen is not large enough to allow viewing a PDF script AND the iXxxx program.

Has anyone been able to get the Item: L396118-USKIT - iLife '09 and iWork '09 DEMO CONTENT DVD Set to work?
There are no instructions. No mention of it on Google.
I click on the "Start Here" on the DVD and get an error.
I installed the two DVDs and click on the "Start Here" and get an error.
I notice that the Packing slip says that "Item: L396118A-USKIT - iLife '09 and iWork '09 DEMO CONTENT DVD Set" is back ordered but I received "Item: L396118-USKIT - iLife '09 and iWork '09 DEMO CONTENT DVD Set.
Does that mean that there was an undocumented update? Robert Poland Apple Ambassador Fort Collins, CO
