I suspect that the above is a misspelling, and that it is actually referring to: "clickware."
Clickware isn't a common term. (Probably because there is also a company by that name.) When I've seen it used, it referred to something that you clicked on and the desired effect wasn't what you might have expected. An example would be a link on a Web page that looks like it will take you to someplace interesting, but instead it takes you to an ad, or worse.
By the way, I can't help but comment on the article cited in the last issue of Augd Digest:
"Malware Targeting Apple To Rise In 2016, Experts Warn"
That's been, more or less, the title of a similar article every year around this time for about the last dozen years!
