I use the Get Specified Finder Items action in a workflow to drag
and drop files from multiple locations. I would like to be able to
do this in an app but I don't know if there is an action to do it.
I am running 10.4.11 and the app would have to open the panel so i
could drag in the files. Then I would have to give it the OK to
process them.
Can't you continue to use the Get Specified Finder Items action? In
the action's options area, just set it to show when run. Then, when
you run the workflow outside of Automator, the action's window will
display, allowing you to drag files from multiple locations.
