Hi! That's the theory, anyway. So you'd think if I did an Gradient Auto
Adjust and read the machine test page with a spectro, the readings should be
the same...but that doesn't give me the same result every time...so at this
point a calibration of the Fiery/CLC should normalize that difference, and
taking samples from the comparison page don't bear out either (by the way,
I'm very A/R about the readings being recorded, particularly at DMax, DMin
[5%] and 50% if you hadn't figured that already). So since that drifts, I
re-profile. Since I only bother to calibrate when I've placed a service
call, it's been PMed, or I have to change toner, it's really not a
bother...and I continue to be fairly consistent in output between runs.
