This is probably normal. The iris profile is just trying to match the
press profile by mixing whatever inks will get a closer match. If you
have the Device link option with PM5 you can preserve the solids and
use a device link profile. Of course your workflow would have to accept
DLP's. Another option would be to use Link-o-lator from left dakoda.

Gamut mapping: Logo colorfull and logo chroma plus
Seperation: gravure
