Apple are you listening?
After calibrating and profiling a handful of ACD's I have to ask - why
is their no numeric value available in the Brightness Slider in the
Display preference pane?
After setting up a display I usually leave a screen capture to help the
client with some form of reference as to where the brightness slider
should be kept - until the next re-calibration. Often I say "try to
ensure the slider is kept just above the e in brightness". This process
seems so unsophisticated considering how easy it would be for Apple to
add a numerical reference to the Mac's OS.
While I'm dreaming how about adding a Lock to this option as well.
