Hi folks,
I'm trying to get some control in my digital photography workflow, so I just
bought the
Monaco EZ Color bundle, with the XRite colorimeter.
I made all the basic measuring and profile building to both monitor (CRT) and
Frontier -
and got nice results. But some issues appeared in the finetuning - the color
that I see in
Colorworks, for example, don't match my Photoshop color. In PS, the images
appear
more dense and saturated.
Am I doing something wrong? I'm using sRGB IEC 61966-2.1 as working
colorspace, the
monitor profile generated by Monaco in Colorsync and the printer profile
generated by
Monaco in Photoshop's Proof Setup, using perceptual rendering in both
conversions.
Besides, there's any plugin or complementary software that could expand Monaco
EZ
Color's icc profile editing capabilities? I miss some fine control, like
selective color
adjustments.
Thanks in advance,
Alex
