I have been experiencing unusual behavior in a number of new 23 Apple
Cinema displays. I have tested this using GMB Eye-One Display2 latest
version, various colorimeters and 4 different displays. The problem
is when I change the brightness values down to 120 cd and wait, the
value drops slowly down for a few minutes. It seems most noticeable
when a large brightness change occurs. In some cases I have had to
wait 5 minutes for the display to stabilize at the selected value.
The value can go from 120 to 108 over 5 minutes. This is a new
behavior and is only noticeable on recently purchased Apple displays.
Has anyone else experienced this?
