Hi Lou,
You can use X-Rite ColorPort 2.0, if you don't have i1Profiler. The download
for the software is under Support.

The steps are to (1) create a test chart with the number of measurements you
want to make, (2) take the measurements, (3) save the measurement file as
Tab Delimited and choose the colorimetric and spectral data you'd like. You
can then open the data in MS Excel.
