Aces is not raw. It's demosaiced, white-balanced, exposure-adjusted.

If the ACES format is used for handling "RAW" data of Digital Video
Cameras, it could probably also used for RAW data of still photographs
and could also be implented as an optional colorspace in the DNG Format.
