Hi to all,
When publishing questions like this, it would be very helpful to include
what hardware and software you are using. I think that all x-rite products
include a Rev number. Please post that information and then many things
become clear. With regard to the comments about the gel filters aging in
i1Display2, that is not the problem nor was it ever the problem. The
problem was actually with a batch of glass filter material that had a
problem with high humidity for extended periods of time. All the latest
i1D2 units have extensive filter modifications and they should be just fine.
Regards,
Tom Lianza
