Hi Edmund and John,
Do we know which Canon printers (if any) won't work with Mavericks?
Would be great if Gutenprint worked on Canons! I know it's free and open-source, but I had no success in getting it to work on the A3 and A4 Canon printers I tried, unlike previous Epsons, where I could even print from CMYK. Sure it kind of worked, at about 100dpi and only 4-colour. I appreciate it's all done by volunteers.
I'll hold off upgrading to Mavericks until I know everything works. Although I said that about every other OSX and IOS upgrade, and got burnt almost every time!
Cheers
Phil
