You'll spend a lot less money just using the software that worked for you in the past and get an old MacBook Pro to run 10.5. I got one for $160 on eBay just to run a lot of color management legacy software.
There are some improvements in the color engine with i1P, the supposed replacement for ProfileMaker Pro but at a cost to you along with lots of potential frustrations. I'd stick with the solutions you own and work for you, dedicate an inexpensive Mac to run them.
