Sounds like you want something like the MallocStackLogging env var (and
his friends), but at kernel level. Maybe looking at the code for that
would be insightful, though I'm sure it wouldn't work without change at
kernel level.
It sure would be nice if the OS provided something like that 'for free'
at kernel level :)
