Hi,
How do I compile the ppp-142 package? I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to modify the PPPoE driver to work in whatever way the standard Windows driver works - my ISP's Cisco router apparently is incompatible with the full PPPoE RFC, but I assume works with Windows. <Grr.. Cisco>) I get errors related to the following (I assume, private) header files:
SCDPlugin
SCPrivate
netisr
in_var
The first two headers seem to only be referenced from IPv6 handling functions, which I don't particularly care about. But the other two are used in the routine that inserts packets into the queue in ppp_ip.c (I think). The specific lines where these errors come up are:
schednetisr(NETISR_IP); // in: ppp_ip.c line 223
if (IF_QFULL(&ipintrq)) { // in: ppp_ip.c line 227
I've applied three patches that I was informed were needed to get the ppp package to compile.
Are these header files somewhere else in the Darwin codebase
Thanks,
Jim Witte
