Title: RE: [Fed-Talk] Apple Software Customer Seeding
I gave the site a look after reading this email and this is what I found when I clicked "Sign Up".
We are currently not seeking new participants for the Apple Software Customer Seeding program.
Did you send the email out because there is supposed to be a new piece of software open for seeding soon?

Apple Software Customer Seeding is a program where customers are
invited to test pre-release software products in order to provide Apple
Software Engineering with real-world quality and usability feedback.
What's in it for you? This program gives you a first look at new and
upcoming software products while empowering you with the ability to
provide feedback directly into engineering.
Software seeding is not for everyone. Participants testing
developmental software must tolerate the unpolished nature of a
pre-release product. There is always the risk of data loss.
What's in it for Apple? We want to collect feedback from our customers
to improve the overall quality of our products by testing it in many
different environments. Your experience with our products impacts our
future success and this program will help us facilitate that goal.
What's expected?
Confidentiality. Use of pre-release software is strictly confidential.
All potential participants are required to sign a Customer Seed And
Confidentiality Agreement before being accepted into the program.
Active Participation. We strongly urge you to test the software and
require your feedback. A variety of reporting tools are offered
providing engineering with functional data. Failure to actively
participate may disqualify you from future seeding programs.
What's required?
Complete a profile. In order for us to appropriately select
participants for a particular seed, we need to collect some background
information about you, your interests, and your computing environment.
Sign and return the Customer Seed And Confidentiality Agreement.
Pre-release software is considered Apple confidential property and all
participants must sign a Non-disclosure Agreement in order to be
considered for software seeding.
Become selected for a product seed. We select participants for
specific product seeds based on the profile information you provide and
the needs of the product engineering team. We can not guarantee that
you will be selected to test a particular software product.
Provide Apple with your feedback. We expect to hear about your
experience with the product. You will be asked to complete engineering
questionnaires, fill out bug reports and issue reports, and participate
in online discussion.
Developers interested in software seeding should visit the ADC
Software Seeding area.
