Federal / Mac OS X Security Announcement
I am very pleased to have the honor of announcing the immediate availability of the much anticipated
Security Configuration Guide for
Mac OS X 10.3.x released by the
National Security Agency's Systems and Network Attack Center (
SNAC).
This
Security Guide is also the first public deliverable from a multi-year
Cooperative Research And Development Agreement (CRADA) between the
National Security Agency and
Apple Computer, Inc.
The document is currently posted on the NSA / IA website and will then also be posted and referenced on the Apple Federal website.

The list included on page 87 and noted above is by no means an exhaustive list. If there are other topics of interest and/or concerns, please be sure to communicate them back to this list and/or to me directly. When submitting feedback, it is also important to provide those items as a prioritized list to help drive resources towards the top items of concern/interest first.
More to come!
