MacEnterprise Day 2005
On behalf of the MacEnterprise.org Steering Committee, we would like
to extend an invitation to everyone to attend the MacEnterprise Day in
San Francisco. This free meeting and conference event will be held one
day prior to the opening of Apple's WWDC 2005. We hope to see you
there!

1. Beginning Your Enterprise Deployment
Description:An Apple Enterprise deployment has never been easier. What
should be considered when deploying Macs? What questions should be
asked? What changes are needed in a multi-platform environment? Come
and learn from experienced Mac administrators' experiences about this
topic.

Description:Apple Remote Desktop 2 introduced an incredibly powerful
relational database. Learn how this database can be leveraged through

5. Problem Diagnosing
Description:The fine art of troubleshooting has changed with Mac OS X.
How do you read a kernel trace, how do you read an error report, how do
you evaluate network problems? In this session, learn how to use some
of the command line and advanced analysis tools that are helpful for
troubleshooting a modern unix operating system.

6. Enterprise Streaming Services:
Description:
An overview of the components for enterprise level streaming will be
presented followed by case studies. The first case study will examine
the use of database technology, directory services, and Kerberos
authentication to provide enterprise video on demand. The second case
study will examine the use of streaming relays to scale live streaming
capacity to a wide geographic area supporting thousands of viewers.
