Unfortunately not... Applications that do use them would typically tout full Keychain support or managing credentials using Mac OS X's built in Keychains....
A 'short' list would be:
Apple: Mail Safari Internet Connect
Microsoft: Entourage
...there are more, but someone would need to track, tabulate and maintain this list....
