Keeping the list open allows us and others to be able to search it
better through Google. Some people who need a list like this may not
know this one exists. If we leave it open, then, someone with merely
adequate searching ability will be able to find this list, or possibly
just the answer to the question this list would have provided. Keeping
it open is just a good idea.
