software for the Mac. We’re a small team spilt across two locations
(Redmond and Silicon Valley) that takes on big challenges and
consistently delivers useful, high quality software. As Group Program
Manager for Mac Office, you will have two primary areas of
responsibility. First, you’ll be responsible for running the
development project, managing a team of Program Managers with diverse
backgrounds and skills, and making sure that we deliver on time while
focusing on the right solutions for our customers. Second, as an
integral part of the management team, you will work with your peers to
set vision and priorities for MacBu overall, ensure the vision and
mission are understood by all teams, develop extraordinarily
productive and motivated teams across the organization without
creating barriers, and facilitate high levels of collaboration to

Qualifications:
The candidate must have a proven track record as a manager and
experience leading a program management team through successful
product development cycles from initial product definition to
shipping. Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively across
disciplines and across teams, a passion for customers and for
technology, excellent communication skills, and strong project
management skills are critical to the success of this role. 7 or more
years of software development experience and a Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science or a related field is required.
