Hey Roy.
I have this problem occasionally on our network as well. For the most part,
Cisco VPN works ok. It looks like my problem stems from the fact that the
VPN network doesn't have privileges on all of the other networks, only
some/most of them. If the network you are trying to access through VPN is
managed by a team other than the VPN team, they need to communicate and make
certain that one isn't being blocked by the other. This may or may not be
your problem, but it has proven to be the problem for me on more than one
occasion.
