Well... tcpdump is native on OSX and that will capture the traffic.
You'd want something a bit more suited for looking at it however.
Several years ago I wrote a quick Mac OS X app for looking at data
flow in network sessions -- It was mainly an effort to learn Cocoa as
well as create a tool I can use from time to time. It processes
tcpdump files created with tcpdump using the "-w" option (see manual).
