Use Applescript to write an application.
I don't remember the exact syntax, but it should be similar to:
Tell application "finder"
try
mount "smb:\\ipaddressofserver\sharename"
end try
Repeat for each share you want to map.
Save as a compiled application, run invisible, then put the saved app in the users stratup items.
It should prompt for userid, password, and domain.
(You can save that to the keychain)
