A news release today also announced the award of the Army's "ITES2"
(Information Technology Enterprise Services - 2) contract. Not much detail
in the news release, but, by extrapolation, sounds a lot like the 'most
common denominator' wins: not the worst, and not the best -- mediocrity -
but at its newest and finest.
