Title: Apple website multiple errors
I tried to follow the link in Philip's email (below) so I could
see the attachment, and got an error on the Apple Lists website. No
problem, I'll just follow the instructions on the resulting error page
and submit a report...
Wrong! The error reporting page refused to accept my error
report, saying I failed to fill in the comment field, when in fact I
had both typed comment text and pasted the error text from the first
error, as requested on the error page... I retried it several times,
trying different ways of entering comment text, all with no joy.
Part of the URL link error message is below, but there was lots
more (over a page of Python info).
This isn't the first time something similar has happened to me on
the Apple web site. Why can't Apple get this stuff right? How do you
report web site errors when the error reporting page won't
work???
David
