Bob,
If your organization is using Exchange 5.5, Entourage 2004 may not work. Or
if it does, you may have to configure Entourage as an IMAP account as
opposed to an Exchange account.
Entourage 2004 uses Outlook Web Access (OWA) for communication with the
Exchange server, and as a result it requires a newer version of Exchange and
that HTTP and WebDAV be enabled on the server.
