The X509Certificates are located in:
/System/Library/Keychains/
In the Keychain List Dialog shown in your JPEG, click the "+" add button in
the lower-left corner of the dialog and navigate to the above directory and
select the X509Certificates file. The check the "Shared" checkbox. Then
import you certs. You may need to quit and reopen Keychain Access in order
to see the X509Certificates in the "Keychains" list after adding it the
first time.
