Thanks for this. Your hack to hide the identity certificate is exactly what I've needed to get OWA working with Safari. BTW, I'm typing this from my Mac using Safari.

If anyone is having trouble using a CAC with PKI enabled software (like Web
browsing or VPN), I have made up an installer that contains a system
preference pane that allows you to enable or disable the identity
certificate on your CAC. The card isn't modified, but the identity
certificate will be hidden from Macintosh applications.
