I think this is a differnent problem than Bill's.
Go back a couple of days in the Fed-talk archives and there's a
message from Paul Nelson of Thursby Software pointing at a hackaround
he developed for Safari for your problem. In Firefox, you need to
switch cert selection to "Ask every time" and that should do it.
