I believe you are correct... I did not clearly write what I meant... the BlowFish encryption software I use is not from the United States (the software itself)... it's been a long day and this thread was one of like 50 things I've been doing...

Blowfish (written by Bruce Schneir) is from California.
So far Blowfish is the one I trust the most because it was developed outside of the US, and it has many open source applications so you can see if there are any backdoors in it.... when the government said "AES128 is the new standard" I immediately knew they must have something to crack it.
