Can you send what the settings are on at leas tone of the
applications? This would include owner and settings for owner, group
and other. My offhand guess is that the x permission is not set for
some appropriate combination of group or other, depending on how the
machine is configured.

If I run the apps when logged in as Root there is no issue. Well we
don't
and can't run as Root. We have applied many suggested changes based
on the
Apple OS X security configuration guide. Obviously it's a
permissions issue.
Adobe says since it works as Root - there is no problem with their
software.
Obviously this is going to be an issue for many DoD Mac users.
Any others out there having this issue?
I just love my new $1500 paper weight!
