By default it was drwxrwxr-x root:admin for all.
Adobe had be try the below.
chmod -R 777 /Library/Application\ Support/Adobe
chown -R root:admin /Library/Application\ Support/Adobe
chmod -R 777 /Applications/Adobe\ Photoshop\ CS3/
chown -R root:admin /Applications/Adobe\ Photoshop\ CS3/
This didn't have any affect.
