"Mac the Ripper" does the opposite of what you want to do; it extracts
video from existing DVDs. If you want to make a video DVD *out of* a
loose VIDEO_TS folder, you'd need a utility that would burn that *to*
a video DVD. On the Mac, packages like Toast or Popcorn will do this
for you:

When I download the DVD files I get the VIDEO_TS folder. Need
suggestions on the some software that will let me create a DVD from
this
folder. Seems like there is a package called "Mac Ripper" or something
like that which can create the DVD.
Anyone got some suggestions? It's a rush job!
