Everyone,
Really appreciate all the feedback on this issue. We will run this to
ground with the Army and get ground truth and figure out what the
concerns are and if we can address them. It took us four years to get
QuickTime approved and we did create a special EULA for the Army to
address their concerns.

Probably the same groups that mandate (1) inbound connections be
encrypted and (2) monitoring this traffic with a network-based IDS,
and then don't see the conflict between (1) and (2).
