I don't know if there's a list printed up anywhere, but I know for
certain several government agencies are running it. Ones I've seen
personally:
Navy
Air Force
Army
CIA
At least three of my local police agencies
NYPD
State of Maine Courts System (from Supreme Court justices on down to
the person taking your money at the register)
Orange County CA Sheriff's Department
NIH (nearly every IC has a strong Mac community)
NIST
FBI
Secret Service
The list goes on, but this should get you going in the right direction.
