Apple's Tracking System does not require, by any means, that the submitter know whether it is a bug / enhancement or even what component of the OS it really goes against. Always submit against "<component> (New Bugs)" if you have no clue or have never done it before. For example, if it were security related, submit against "Security (New Bugs)" and describe the situation as completely as possible while also including any and all relevant files/docs/images for clarification of your submission.
You can always use the "Find Component" link on the " RadarWeb" () http://bugreport.apple.com/ with say a " Name" field search of " Security" or something appropriate to what you are submitting against (something like "documentation").
Good / solid / specific submissions help to both isolate and resolve issues quite rapidly. Saying "It doesn't work" is extremely hard to clarify and resolve. Examples and
